MVP can add captions to your video for a fee. Alternatively, clients can provide their own captioning.

To ensure full visibility for the live event slate, important design elements (such as logos, date and time) should be 50px from the top and 50px from the bottom.
There are typically two kinds of files that we deliver to clients: files for review and final submissions. We typically upload files for review to YouTube and change the settings on the video to “unlisted,” so that only people with a URL can view the video. Review files allow clients to take a look at projects mid-way through the editing process so that changes can be made for a final draft.
Final submissions can be delivered in several different ways:
- Upload to our YouTube account
- Upload to client’s YouTube account
- Burn onto a CD/DVD that we can deliver via campus mail or hand delivery
- Store on a hard drive that we can lend to a client via campus mail or hand delivery
- Store on a hard drive provided by a client via campus mail or hand delivery
- Upload the file to our FTP server that can be accessed and downloaded by client from any computer with internet access.
